My Husband and I recently moved to SC and Manfred was absolutely wonderful during the whole process. It was a difficult situation from being out of state but he went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home and was there for us every step of the way. We had a very great and special experience buying a home with Manfred Lewis. He walked us through every detail and kept in touch and followed up on every detail. He always had time for all of our queries and overall it was a smooth and very nice experience. Most realtors are mostly business, but we can definitely call Manfred a friend now. My husband and I came from out of state and quite frankly didn't think there could be much difference in realtors, boy were we wrong. We were assigned a realtor from a popular real estate agency and explained to him what we were looking for. He did not show us those types of houses and he did not seem like he really understood very much. Manfred was very professional, personable and really cares about his clients! He’s also very honest and will tell you if there’s problems or potential problems with the property you’re looking at. He’s a very hard worker and will respond promptly. He’s not just a Realtor, he’s become a good friend!
