I went to an appointment with Shannon this morning. First of all she was late for my 9am appt. Second, I literally told her very clearly as well as my wife told her also “I only want you to cut my hair at the back at my collar line and that’s it. I don’t want the top or sides cut at all so they can catch up with the back”. She instead did what she wanted and layered it and cut all of it. Now it’s all short. I will never come back here.
