Wow! I came on here to post a real review to counter all of this complaining but didn't expect to find so many other patients of Dr. Fitzcharles just thrilled with her care...she is excellent! And Manet overall has grown into a really terrific medical system for folks in the Quincy area. They are very patient-oriented with a lot of kind and reasonable professionals. Some give inappropriate reviews for experience with one "bad apple" but that you'll find anywhere and it doesn't define Manet.
Dr. Nikita Fitzcharles is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all day your in need of medical care . Manet could not have an Amazing Doctor like her.and Dr. Okallo are great family ,primary doctors who cared about their patients Dr Fitzcharles make sure the your health is properly cared for and does her best that she im communication with your team of health providers as she sees that your are as informed and well cared for also. This place is really getting on my last nerve lately…. I have been dealing with a skin issue on my face I believe it’s cystic acne that’s from my own research they have perscribed two creams that have made it worse. And a medication I could not take. This has been going on since June. My face is scaring and getting worse. They put a referall in back in June I can’t be seen until end of sept at the dermatologist. Reception is terrible and it all starts there. Went to get labs done. The lab tech from quest either called out or was late. There were already 3 people waiting for labs when I arrived. When I asked about it, the awful woman at reception said that they just wait to see if Quest sends anyone. So, people take time off to get labs done, for them just not to show up? Very attentive staff. Dr FitzCharles takes the time to listen and assess what the patient is experiencing. It’s not an urgent care center but an excellent primary care site. We are fortunate to have one in Hull. One star off only because it takes longer to get refills and messages because they don’t have a lot of support staff and automated systems
