I was given a 10 o clock appointment. At 11:00 my stylist was a no show. This was my first time at this salon. No other stylist assistant me in getting my style. Th attitude was focus on the shop’s anniversary . Poor business

I got my hair cut about two years ago and Gladys was great. She gave me exactly what I was asking for. And I’ve been coming every week (sometimes twice a week) every since.
This is literally the BEST salon that I have ever been to. I’ve been going here for 3 years now, and I don’t think I will leave!!! Plus, my stylist Tamiki Briggs is bomb!!
