AC went out last night. I called Maner Heating and Cooling by recommendation the next day. Had an appointment within a couple of hrs. When I tell you of the expeditious of the service I experienced. Justin arrived, diagnosed the issue and within minutes I was feeling that beautiful cool breeze from my vents!! From the time of the call to the humming of my ac was less than 3.5 hrs. I am a customer for life!! Thank you Justin and Maner Heating and Cooling!
Great service
I had no air conditioning last night, so this morning I called and Justin was able to come out quickly and cool my house. He diagnosed the problems and was able to get everything done quickly. I had Maner heating and cooling come out to my house in Oak Ridge North last year and Justin was able to diagnose the problem at 1/2 cost of another company that came out on a service contract to diagnose the problem. Justin was incredibly professional and explained everything very well. He even cleaned up after himself after i told him not to worry about that. The pricing on the weekend is still affordable in comparison to other places.
Lost my AC during July 4th. They stayed in touch with me during the day and got my quote in, and they got it fixed in two days. The AC is pumping and love how efficient it is. Very professional and talked to me the whole time about what they were doing. I highly recommended them. They also gave a military discount.
