I have never in my life had such a horrible experience. I had tapeins installed and within three days they were dropping out. I had the owner Sarah install them. What disappointed me th e most was her lack of integrity upon bei g told this even when I ignored the two tapeins that fell out when I was still in the shop. She was condescending and kept stating I was yelling when I came back for a wash and set a week later so that she could fix the error. I contacted her for my hair and her response time was incredible. Sarah was so friendly and helpful. She stayed professional throughout my whole service time and she’s amazing at her work. My hair was exactly how I wanted it & I would most definitely go again. If you need your hair done, go to Sarah.
