NEVER GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY A GUY (I don’t know his name). I asked for a wolf cut or something similar since my hair wasn’t exactly long enough for one and specifically asked for my bangs to be trimmed or a little bit shorter than it was since it was covering my eyes but he ended up cutting 2 inches off my bangs. HE DIDNT EVEN CONSIDERED MY HAIR TYPE WHICH WAS WAVY AND THE WAY MY HAIR NORMALLY IS. I CAME IN WITH MY BANGS IN A MIDDLE PART AND LEFT WITH A SLICK BACK. This review is long overdue! Kayla at Maneland is absolutely amazing. I’ve had both haircuts and colors done by her, and every time she exceeds expectations. I’ve recommended her to my family and friends, and they all love her too. She’s not only a skilled stylist but also very friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. I couldn’t recommend Ash at Maneland more! She is fantastic at what she does, and so kind. It feels like hanging with a friend when I get my hair done. As well, she made my hair beautiful and bright without compromising the health of my hair. I unfortunately had black box dye from a few months ago left in the ends of my hair, and everything she did was perfect! I feel like a million bucks! So pleased :)
Absolutely amazing service! I haven’t had a good experience at hair salons in Ottawa until coming here. Steve and Emilio were amazing. Extremely satisfied! They know how to work with curly hair and actually listen to what you want! :)
