I've eaten at almost every Japanese restaurant in Seattle, and this place has a way of making me feel like I am in some place special. Chō megananbāwan!
Love the place. Great people, excellent food, atmosphere. My brother's (lives in San Diego) fave place here in seattle. My first time last nite.. we will be back soon.
Had a wonderful dinner last night! The sushi, cucumber/kelp salad, gyozas were all amazing! Great atmosphere and staff!
Unagi (freshwater eel) there is one of the best I've ever had. There's a reason why they've been around for over 100 years. Tradition and passion. There's a need for authenticity and exceptional service. The tatami room has both options built for regular seating and traditional Japanese dining. Although there's no quicker way to get a table, the wait is well worth it with more than one person.
My favorite! Japanese comfort food, and the fish is always fresh and cut well.
Amazingly fresh and authentic. So reasonably priced it's ridiculous. Eat here!
