Whoever is in charge of scheduling online and over the phone needs to learn how to do proper customer service because this is ridiculous. Rude, one word answers, no coordination, absolutely awful experience before even stepping into the salon.
Sam the owner is an amazingly talented stylist. I have very thick, difficult hair and she cuts it beautifully! Every time I walk out of her salon, I look like a movie star. Thank you for making feel beautiful again.
