I honestly had a horrible experience with Victoria and was left in tears. I feel like I spent way too much money for the hair cut I received (80 dollars plus tip). I was very nervous to get my hair cut. We were taking off the dead ends and some layering. It takes forever to grow and only a second to chop it. The hair dresser I had was not supportive toward my nervous feelings I expressed instead she said that she felt nervous to cut my hair and was scared I would freak out. Friendly, relaxed, and pe4ofessional. Victoria does a great job on my thinned out hair and is very nice.
Started coming afters years of going to chain cutteries and the difference is amazing. Friendly staff throughout, relaxing and welcoming. From first consultation through to in between trims I feel like they get to know me and are invested in me being happy with my cut.
