Maddie at Mane Refinery Chicago was amazing. She gave me a free blowout while she was training, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time, and her personality was so warm and fun — it felt more like hanging out with a friend than being in a salon chair. My hair looked beautiful and healthy when I left, and I’m genuinely excited to see her again next week. I have always struggled to find a hairdresser I liked and could handle my very wavy, thick, and damaged hair. I turned to Mane Refinery a few years ago and have never looked back. Allie is my hair guru and she is a very thoughtful about her approach. She never pushes products or services and she's an overall delight to talk to. With her help, my hair went from deeply damaged and frizzy to long, healthy locks. I even took the brave step of having my hair colored and it still remains very healthy looking!

This was my first time visiting Mane Refinery Salon and Blanca was so sweet! She made me feel comfortable right from the beginning by making sure she got my name right. She really listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and it came out perfect! This is the best haircut I’ve ever gotten!
