I scheduled an appointment with a specific stylist at this salon and reached out two days in advance to reschedule due to a conflict. My message was read but never acknowledged. Clear communication is a basic professional standard, especially when clients provide proper notice. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing.

over all an amazing experience it was a bit pricey but it was very worth it I absolutely love it I would definitely recommend the stylist Astrid she understood me perfectly I got exactly what I wanted it’s possibly my favorite hair color I have done 100 percent recommend
I liked my hair cut result. I made two appointments for an eyebrow lamination with Erika and a hair cut style with Anjo. I got there early, eventually one of the hair stylist came out and greeted me and said she checked me in and told me she will let them know I’m here. Then the receptionist who was new from what I heard also noticed me and said she will be with you in a moment.
