Disappointed specifically with the service. I was really excited to try this place, but didn’t end up getting my hair done. The staff came across as very rude and it was a really uncomfortable experience.

Overcharges, impossible to book (constant rescheduling)/says she doesn't have time when you were clear what service you wanted, always in a rush, does not listen to client requests (told me what I asked for wouldn't look good on me but it's my hair!) I left with my color and cut both looking like something out of 2003. Wouldn't answer when I tried to come in to have the patchy areas fixed (was even willing to pay) AVOID this place!

Posting on behalf of an unhappy customer. “First of all, I did not receive the service that I booked. I have the receipts from the text messages clearly stating that I am booking an all over color plus a few foils. My stylist Michelle came to the appointment half an hour late and then proceeded to say I was only booked for an all over color. My guess is she didn’t have time to fulfill the original request as she arrived so late and then pretended I had only booked for all over color. She is beyond talented at her craft. She is kind and she is quick. She also teaches classes to other hairstylists so be sure to schedule in advance. She works in Peoria, AZ and LA too.
