The Barber Elan was absolutely horrible. She Showed a level of poor professionalism and displayed Bad Business. I booked an appointment with her through razored Kutz and went to the address it showed. Only to find out Elan didn’t work there anymore and didn’t inform any of her clients. The Barbershop told me to call and when I did there was not any response. So I went ahead and got a cut by a different barber. Then Elan charged my card as if she cut it herself.
