Caitlyn did an exceptional job on my hair! In fact, I’m writing this review 14 weeks after my appointment, and just last week someone asked if I had just gotten my hair done. Heather is a magician and such a sweetheart. She took all of my requests and my coarse hair and transformed it into exactly what I was hoping for. She really listened, asked me all the questions, explained every step of the process, and made my hair feel healthier while giving me the dimensional look I wanted. I got my hair cut by Athena and I'm SO HAPPY with my new cut!! I had a bad hair cut about 18 months ago so I was holding on to length and the shape was a mess. But as you know, it can be hard to trust again after a bad experience. Athena is an absolute magician with scissors. So so happy!!
