After waiting for 45 minutes...I had the worst haircut ever I went to this salon on the recommendation of someone I work with. What a mistake! The stylist, who also happens to be the owner, was 45 minutes late. Then we had to have a hair "consult" which took forever. I wasn't told this beforehand, and I had plans to see a friend and her new babies in the hospital later that evening.
