I went in for a colour and a cut. It turned out beautiful. Definitely going back!
I wemt today to Cecilia to get my extremely rhick and coarse hair highlighted and thinned, and it is so gorgeous and shiny! not to even mention it was only $135 to get highlights, thinned, washed and styled. my hair has never looked better!
I found Kelly through Instagram. I emailed Kelly on July 22 requesting an early morning appointment for August 12. She gave me a time and I told her I would reach out the Monday prior to confirm the appointment. I reached out on August 6 (Sunday night) and again on August 9 as I did not hear from her. She emailed me on August 10 at 11:34pm to say she had not heard from me so she was unable to hold the spot. Except for she emailed me on the exact same email thread where I had reached out as agreed.
