The hair stylist was luke warm/ cold to me. She was gruff when telling me to take my jacket off and to leave my belongings on a chair. She didn't believe me when I told her that I don't bleach my hair. She was nasty with me on the phone when making an appointment. I found out she was the same way with me during my appointment with her as well.
