I made an appt. a little over a week ago for a perm and a trim. Whoever made the appt should not have made it at 10:00. After she got started on my hair good, another customer came in. I told her I didn't mind waiting. She started again and much later, another of her customers came in. I really liked the beautician and talking to her.
