The lady with spectacles don’t know any service how to be done. 2-3 months back I got underarms waxed, she messed up there. Today I got hair spa, and again she did same, putting product on face, hitting face ears again n again and at the end she applied serum like she was oiling. Will never ever prefer to get a service from her in futute.
This place used to be worth visiting, but the service has gone downhill. The newly hired staff member seems to lack basic training. I previously had a disappointing waxing experience with her, and this time she used a hair dryer on very high heat after my sister’s spa treatment, which was unprofessional. I hope the management provides better training to maintain the quality of service.
I’m not satisfied with the service at all. I repeatedly requested not to use roller wax, but the staff insisted and used it anyway. The waxing was not done properly, and a lot of hair was left behind. The result feels uneven, almost like I shaved instead of getting waxed. The salon is located in a basement, and overall the environment and service felt unprofessional. I’m disappointed as I was charged full price but did not receive good service. Vandna did a great job on my eyebrows. I had a wonderful experience and was very happy with the results. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Highly recommended!
