God has blessed me immensely. My experience with this neurology office raised serious concerns regarding professionalism, communication, and patient support. Firstly, during a phone interaction, a receptionist identified as “Katy” ended the call abruptly. When I called back to address the situation, I was given a conflicting account of what occurred from another receptionist. A while back I left a horrible review of may Neurologist. I apologize to my doctor. I was going through some horrible things in my life and I should not have taken my anger out on her. I intend to personally apologize to her and hope she understands. She is a GREAT Neurologist and I hope she will continue to be my Doctor.
Now and X patient. Why?...Because poor care. I have SEVERE tremors. Had to change medication. Keep on getting the run-around for a new medicine. Supposed to be OUT OF THE COUNTRY.This has been going on and on for 6 months now!!! I don't have STUPID written on my forehead!!!
She diagnosed my father when no other physician could! After 4 neurologists & countless other specialists Dr. Belsterling took the time to order specialized tests while other doctors basically shrugged because he was elderly. She diagnosed him with a rare neurological condition called “Progressive Supranuclear Palsy”, or “PSP.” She is super smart & actually cared to get to the bottom of his previously unexplained symptoms!
Dr..Belsterling is amazing. Extremely smart and knowledgeable. She was able to hone in on my problem immediately and get my treatment started. I absolutely love her, and her staff. They deserve 10 stars.
