The first time I went it took 3 and half hours for a manicure and pedi The woman I had acted as if I was on her time . FELL ASLEEP WHILE DOING MY NAILS!!!! Spent over 200 on myself and my niece Second time I asked for a fill in and trim down . SHE TOOK MY NAILS OFF AND CUT MY NAILSNAILS VERY SHORT! THEY HURT! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! THE WOMAN NAMED LINDA SHOULD BE FIRED! SHE DONT LISTEN AND THEN BLAMES YOU WHEN SHE MESSES UP. SHE LITERALLY DOZED OFF WHILE DOING MY NAILS
The first pedicure experience. The salon has a fun and clean look, complete with sparkle-y chandeliers. They were so nice and made us feel welcome. They did brilliant jobs on our pedicures - I can't wait to come back!
Their customer service is above and beyond. The lady that did my nails made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I got myself a pedi and full acrylic set and same for my mom. Our nails came out bomb!
