Mandy helped me with my dermatitis on my hands gave me a strong prescription and she also recommended for dry skin what I should use for my dry feet. Gave me a coupon to my a product I could use. She was very nice but definitely in a rush. She also knew instantly the type of dermatitis I had she has seen it before on other patients.
From the time she entered the room, Mandy Moore could not have been less interested in examining a concerning mark on my son. Her bedside manner was very abrasive and disinterested. The entire visit felt rushed and she maybe spent two minutes in the room. I figured it was because she was busy seeing patients. However, when we finished up and exited the patient room, she was sitting behind the check out desk talking and laughing with the staff. Very disappointing visit overall.
Mandy was not thorough with my skin cancer check. As a former melanoma patient with lots of freckles to check, I didn’t expect her to rush and skip over looking at many areas including most of my torso, and my entire scalp, to name a few. She was in and out of the room in a minute.
Mandy Moore did not took her time to listen to my concerns, she was in a rush as soon as she walked into the office. She didn’t even took the time to explain my treatment options, someone else had to who didn’t even see me. Disappointing.
