Mandy was very good at communicating every part of the sale of my home. She understood I was selling it “as is” and was great at expressing that to other agents. She was great at letting me know what to expect during the sale. She had a good idea of the area which was important to me. It is sometimes difficult to sell a house there. We sold the house in one weekend and I was shocked it went that quick! We will use her if we eventually buy another house.
