We worked with Mandy Custer in selling a home left in an estate. Mandy gave us helpful information regarding upgrades and repairs to make prior to listing the home. She opened the home for last minute contract work since we did not live in Kingman. After listing the home, she kept us apprised of people who took realtor led tours of the home and what their comments were. She is not a good realtor. Poor communication skills and lack of interest in buyers needs. Her attitude is "I am just a messenger ". For me she was dismissive and rude in her communication skills.
