Looked at my vehicle, booked me in for 2 new tyres and wheel alignment, ordered my tyres, then when I turned up for my booking they told me I was too high for their workshop (same height as yesterday lol). Pretty unhelpful by phone and at the counter - would not recommend.
Had great service and it did not too mich of my time.
Shit service. When i first went there, I asked for wheel alignment, balance and rotation, I was told, yip thats all included in the price. Well, after a few times NOT actually receiving a balance and rotation and a new set of tyres later (because of this), i finally find out, im not receiving what i was told i was. Funny, because its almost to the point where I may have needed another set if tyres, based on the wear on the 1 side. Well played if your trying to scam people for $$ i guess. Wont be going back
Fantastic customer service. I was in there 2/9/26 was greeted with a super friendly reception. I stated my problem and they offered to come out to my place and fix the problem. Lock nuts off now I'm able to sort my flat tyre out. Will be taking my business to you guys as appreciation for you superb effort.
