After initially thinking I’d need a replacement tyre, they were able to repair the puncture on the spot at a fraction of the replacement cost. I was very grateful. Fantastic service!

Lisa was very rude on the phone and also in person. She had a horrible attitude to everyone I saw her interacting with. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, she made us feel stupid and unwelcome. I believe she is the boss so I doubt anything will be done. But I definitely won’t be returning and I’m sure many others feel the same.
Great deal reception and discussion about styles and different tyres was the deciding factor
