I have been there on multiple occasions. Staff are always helpful, polite, friendly and very efficient. Will always return as they provide exceptional customer service.
Went down with a ute load of different metals all sorted I had worked hard for. One of the guys while angrily trying to direct me, said to the other guy “another load of shit”. So I told them I heard, got in car and drove off. Went to next closest dealer in a North direction and received great service and $350! Thats my experience and I know what I heard. I been before there, I want to cash coper and aluminium , I had my passport and a photo also soft coppy by licence the guy refuse me he need hard coppy So fist pasport is a ligeal document Second a soft coppy a licence depo is also ligeal document So I go somewhere els
Called ahead of time told they take scrap steel 4mm and thicker. Loaded up the truck took it down there to be told by an obnoxious bloke they had no bins and couldn't take it. Leaving me with a loaded truck and not as much as a sorry abouth that. 3 people where there only one guy was rude maybe the others are nicer. Think twice before wasting your time here.
I popped in today and dropped off a few batteries and some sheet metal, was served by that honest Jason dude and the new face in town, Josh. They were gentlemen, handling all the lifting for me. Keep it up you's top blokes, nothing bitter about my experience except for the Emu's.. 😉😎
