I recently purchased a new xtrail ti-l hybrid from Sam. I can't speak highly enough of the service he provided me. Nothing was too much trouble and all my questions answered. Sam obtained me both an amazing purchase price and incredible trade in. Unfortunately, he couldn't be at handover, but did message me, which was a lovely touch. If you're after a new vehicle, Sam is the man!! Thank you again. I'm loving my new car.
We have recently been to Nissan Mandurah. We encountered a couple of salespeople, and we dealt with a guy called Nathan Gibbs. We bought a Nissan Patrol. He was invaluable. Very knowledgeable about the difference between the three vehicles and took good care of us in the process of getting a new vehicle delivered to us. We are very happy with them and would recommend this man to anybody. Deal directly with Nathan, five stars, Nathan, thank you. we love a our new vehicle.
Went to purchase Y62 6 weeks ago , Brian was asked to serve us as the lady was busy, he seemed annoyed as is coffee break was more important, he sat down in his chair and didnt even introduce himself nor ask our names.. we started with discussing we needed a gvm and gcm upgrade ... he instantly hit negative attitude say nope can't do it pre rego.. didn't offer any other options.. Usually have great experiences with Nissan dealers, my wife and I went to Mandurah Nissan today after recently moving back from up north and wanting to get a new car for my wife. She loves the Z so we headed in and started looking around the car. Now we may not look like the type of people they expect to be buying a car like that but regardless, the attitude on the larger lady who came out and said "can I help you?"
