I went to John desperate for help. He prescribed me a concoction of numerous herbs to help with my symptoms. Mind you I was pregnant at the time so we had to be extra careful. He re assured me that the herbs I was taking are safe for pregnancy as there in low doses. However I did my own research on the herbs as I was pregnant I wanted to triple check ALL of them were unsafe for pregnancy.
