I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a medical professional IN MY LIFE! I brought my 2 babies here. 1 toddler and the other premmy, both with respiratory concerns. However, premmy has chronic lung disease and was recently discharged from hospital. My daughter went to a new doctor there and was told she was wrong about the pain she was getting and that she doesn't understand the biology of her body the doctor then threw her arms in the air and told us we just arent listening to her and was made to feel like she was a drug addict and that she was just there to get pain killers, i have been going to this medical centre for about 40 years and I have taken my 5 children all there,and u have never left from a appointment with someone in tears ,we went to another doctor half... read more
They need to improve the kids area. There is never any drawing and it wouldn’t hurt to have a folder of printed pictures for kids to pick up and colour. Also a few book options or small activity items to keep them entertained especially when waiting 30 mins for an appointment.
Incredibly rude receptionist. I called as a new patient, she confirmed they are accepting new patients, but it felt as if me calling was an inconvenience. Interrupted me when I was mid sentence stating a time that would be ok to come in, and started offering a different clinic. I figured, hey. If they are that insistent on not having a new patient. Fine. After reading the other reviews, I'm glad. And yes, they were accepting new patients at the time.
We have been going to this practise for 15 years, Wonderful doctors, and friendly staff!!
