They won’t help you unless you’re an existing customer no matter the situation. They’d rather send you anywhere else and waste your time. Useless and poor service.
To offer $25/$30 an hour for a receptionist job is an insult. A cleaner makes far more money. Not surprise that the receptionists run away.
I couldn't make it to my appointment which was the first one in the morning. Now the rule is to call to advise of this 2 hrs before the appointment which this cant be done at 5am in the morning and then if you go onto the app to cancel it, it doesn't allow you to cancel it so how is someone supposed to do this? So because I couldn't do either of this they send me a bill for a missed appointment, what a joke. Despite signing a release form at my new med centre ( I now live 80 kms from Man Med Centre) weeks ago, several phone calls n an email from my new med centre, my records still have not been released. I am utterly furious n suggest the admin staff need a kick up the backend. I have a terminal illness n it would be helpful for my new dr to have my background.
