Terrible customer service and have been waiting months for a part that’s covered under warranty that they keep dodging our calls about. Don’t recommend these guys at all Editing to add that we called and was told "oh we are expecting it today" that was last week and still no contact from anyone at Skoda with an update or to let us know it has arrived. We will be escalating this issue because its way past reasonable now and the service is way past disgusting.
Always great, would not have my car serviced any where else. Staff great and very helpful. Well i have got my new Kodiaq as always Lawrence was fantastic, and just so helpful in every way.
I recently had a great experience with Mandurah Škoda, especially dealing with Lawrence. From the start, he was the only person who followed up after I submitted my online inquiry, and that stood out. He was relaxed, never pushy, communicated clearly, and made the whole process really easy. I felt genuinely respected as a customer and well informed about everything.
