On the 5th of February I attend Mandurah Kia for my scheduled service. I have always been very happy with the level of customer service that I have received. On this day I also noted that the right-hand vent had broken and was not working, I was informed that vent would need to be ordered and it was a warranty item. I signed the contract on a new car in February to be delivered on or before the end of June, paid a deposit. When I rang the other day to find out the status I was told they had no vehicles of the 2024 build left, even though we were told we should be getting a 2025 build car by June. They now want $1500 to $2000 more. We've bought from the Lane Group before and had our cars serviced by them, they've now lost a customer for both.
