Extremely happy with my MU-X. Ian was easy to deal with, and made the purchase go smoothly without being pushy.
Update 17/11: service coordinator phoned and apologised for the less-than-ideal communication, and incorrect information that was relayed about the tyres. Hats off for this action: they are not easy phone calls to contemplate or make. My MU-X went in for front uneven tyre wear inspection, following warranty replacement of steering knuckles and fitting new tyres. The vehicle was at the service centre for a week as they awaited advice from Isuzu. I initiated contact after not receiving an update. We had some issues with our Isuzu that had to be sorted last minute. Isuzu mandurah were amazing. They got our car in fast and secured us a loan car with no booking and very minimal notice. Exceptional service by Tammy in particular.
