I had an extremely difficult experience with both Mandurah Hyundai Service Centre and Hyundai Australia. It has taken me some time to write this review. My 2017 Hyundai Tucson had a known engine issue (rod bearing failure). Hyundai Australia agreed to cover the repair under an out-of-warranty claim, but from that point on, everything became a nightmare. Mandurah Hyundai had my car for 26 weeks. Walked in there to get information on new Hyundai and felt we were an inconvenience won't be buying a car there 3 people sat at their desks and tried being invisible never again

Lots of reviews about the joy of buying your new Hyundai. Sadly this will dissolve as your Hyundai journey progresses. My wife’s I30 hybrid has never delivered the fuel economy promised by Hyundai. H claims urban as low as 2.8. Our car is averaging urban 4.2. This was raised at time of 15k service. Nothing was done to identify why this was happening.
