If I could give a zero starr rating I would. Service department manager very rude and defensive and very dismissive no straight answer to a simple question. How can a person in this position be allowed to talk down to a customer and in the same breath say to you (the customer) I don't care what you think of me personally. Don't service your vehicles here. Parents took their Honda in for a service. They took the car out for a test drive but turned off the location sharing from the car to the honda connect app. So we couldn't see where they went with the car or how fast they were driving; this is sketchy and against policy. Their policy states that they cannot turn off location sharing without the owners consent. We asked the woman at the service desk for an explanation, and all she said was "I trust my boys". Had a recall on my Honda in March and yet nothing has been done, avoid this stealership at all cost, I don't believe in buying a vehicle for over 26k and just treat a recall like a joke, ppl pay top dollar for so called premium product, to be honest just avoid Honda full stop, they've gone backwards, just stick with a Mazda, just look @ recalls they've had!
Phoned for a quote to replace front headlight bulb. Told it takes 30 mins so at least $55 as I had already bought the bulb. Ron White Auto repairs did it in less than 5 minutes !!!! They will also be servicing my car from now on.
