Called and was told the necessary staff were busy/on break. Not an issue, left my details and was told I'd receive a call back. Never did.
What a disgrace of a company… The way workers and owners act towards clients is seriously concerning. I had my car booked in advance to have it looked at and repaired. On arrival, we had the lead mechanic carry on throwing his hands up shaking his head, having ago at the tow truck operator because the car wasn’t working ( that’s what it was booked in for, to be fixed ). Please save yourself the trouble and stress of visiting this so called business. Partner and I took our car to be fixed, mind you we had multiple phone conversations, called the Monday to schedule the appointment ( Friday ) and also explained countless times the issue with the car. Now tell me how a grown man cracks the stink because a car comes in on a tow truck, this man threw what i would call a toddler’s tantrum.
