We had 2 x large bi-fold doors installed to enclose the alfresco area. We obtained 3 quotes and Mandurah Glass pricing was competitive so we decided to support our local supplier and really happy we did. From sign up to install the process ran smoothly, the build time was quicker than expected and the install team were awesome, clean & tidy, time efficient and happy to answer random questions along the way. The product itself is brilliant and easy to operate. I would highly recommend using Mandurah Glass.
I'd give 0 stars but that's not possible. Paid 50% deposit for a glass panel with dog door and some new flyscreens. Rang them after nearly 4 weeks of no communication, only to find the order hadn't even been placed. I was very upset, even more so when the lady offered to refund the deposit and cancel the order. Umm no, I still need a dog door! As if I wanted to go through that whole process all over again. No thanks. They then told us the order had been expedited and booked us in for this Thursday. Mandurah Glass fitted our shower screen. We needed a custom size and wanted fluted glass with a curved corner… all of which Mandurah Glass were happy to do. Very reasonable price and was fitted within a couple of weeks of the quote. Looks amazing and is exactly what we wanted.
Great experience. Install was high quality, and specialised glass performed exactly as they said it would. A couple of minor hiccups with finalising the job but addressed promptly with great customer service.
Very happy with the service. Friendly and thorough and did a great job. You forgot your screwdriver and I put it by the door instead of on the table....I thought I was being helpful by making it easier to find. Ooops 😆 I'd highly recommend Mandurah Glass Services. 👍👍
