Tidy & comfortable apartment. Great pool & spa & kids liked the trampoline.
Terrible experience. Staff are chaotic and don't seem in control of their own processes. Had a bad experience on the day of check-in (they requested a security deposit via a dodgy link but half the things listed as being available in the apartment were already missing when we arrived in and then a week after the stay got an email notification that I had made another reservation. Das Family Resort ist ok, aber nicht mehr. Es kommt sicher auch auf die anderen Gäste an. Als wir da waren, war es sehr laut, teilweise lag Müll rum und es sah zum Teil ungepflegt aus. Bei den Wohnungen kommt es sicher auch darauf an, welche man erwischt. Die meisten werden privat vermietet und sind entsprechend individuell eingerichtet. Nur zum Schlafen und als Startpunkt für Ausflüge ist es ok. Aber meinen kompletten Urlaub würde ich hier nicht verbringen wollen.
Overall this place is super family friendly and in excellent location. We've stayed here 3 times with different private airbnbs.
