I have been renting for the past 10 years. Really happy with my property manager at Mandurah Estate Agency. I know they are busy but with 24 hrs they take the time to call or email me. They like to discuss and resolve issues, tell me the legislation and make sure that I know my responsibilities. Something I have found other agents didn't always do.
I can highly recommend Kent Murphy as a sales agent. He has an excellent understanding of the market in the Mandurah and Dawesville areas and recently sold our rental property. We were buying a property subject to the sale of our rental and Kent liaised with our broker, the selling agent of the new property and also the settlement agents in a highly professional manner.
