Staff service was as pleasant as a covid diagnosis...site was as safe as bungee jumping with a shoelace....overall great experience
The staff have the worst attitude we had an incident where they kept our bond because apparently there was more out on the mattress in which we did not do and there was an issue with my friend beforehand who got her booking cancelled by them and never got rebooked to stay there and they kept all the money We had cop cars in and out passing the cabin all night worst place to go if u wish to get away because it's just disgusting the way your spoken to by the staff and even more boring
Good location close to Mandurah city with clean showers and toilets. Some friendly neighbour helped during my stay, but I felt uncomfortable with one resident staring. Arrived late and had no assistance, which added some stress. Probably wouldn’t return, but it’s a best convenient spot for camping or campervans near the city. Booking is easy . And I realise there are no after hours call for assist. Not good not bad just average
No way is this a Big 4 park , my first impression of this park was wow what a crap hole , lots of permanents scattered throughout the park , broken cement slabs , pot holes , but to be expected with all the rain , good spots for caravans scattered here and there throughout the park , looks like they might be trying to upgrade ,nice little kids playground , a nice camp kitchen , but what really caught me by surprise , was how good the toilet and laundry bloke are , very clean, modernish, they both have a touch panel on them w... read more
