Had a tyre fitted only to find it wasn't beaded and then went flat....how did the fitter not pick this up...very poor quality control

This shop is stocked up with a great selection of bikes and parts for road & off road bikes. Their service is second to none, they were able to source a road biased ADV tyres and have them within the store in 24 hours ready for fitting. They then offered to mail my relatively unused tyres back to Melbourne and timed it so they would be there when I arrived. Halfway through my trip I got a follow up call, to check in on how the Scorpion 2’s were going (excellent). This is benchmark customer service for any business.
