They serviced my child’s bike, drilled out a screw and left it broken I was moving 18 hours away and had no time for them to fix it and they said “oh well the bike is running isn’t it”
DONT GET YOUR BIKE SERVICED HERE!! The mechanics do really dodgy low quality work. They quote one figure and charge another. Have picked up my bike twice and been shocked by the price, finding out they did a whole bunch of stuff without authorisation. Technically illegal guys. Take your pride and joy to someone with care and skill.
I took my Vulcan to the Yamaha store 2 Saturdays ago and unfortunately they didn’t have the part I needed, but I still wanted to leave a review because the service was excellent. There were two young guys there, especially the taller one (sorry mate, I forgot your name), and they genuinely tried every possible way to help me find a solution. Their politeness and customer service were honestly surprising these days. Really respectful, patient and helpful people. Thank you boys, really appreciated it!
