Was my Favourite nut and bolt shop. Always so lovely and helpful. But wow, what a unhelpful smug man I dealt with. I thought there job was to assist and help the customer with there needs, weather it's an engineer or a mum with no idea. Well I wanted M1,7 self tapping screws. Yea it's strange as not gauge, but in 3d printing and attaching circuit cards to thing this seems to be the description, m1.2, m1.7. Mandurah Bolt Supplies has been excellent every time I've used them. My kid's trike lost a nut and bolt, I had no luck at Bunnings so I took it in their shop hoping to find a replacement. It took them no time to find the correct items, and they were even kind enough to chage them over for me despite the counter being busy with other customers. In and out in no more than 5 minutes. Excellent customer service from a local Mandurah business.
