They answered the phone when I called to book an appointment. One of my children has been doing play therapy with Karen and loves it, another tried with Brittany and didn't care for it.
Been using them for two years and no one ever answers the phone. Have to call multiple times to fill out pre authorizations because they didn’t fill out correctly 10 times in a row. Returns calls about half of the time. Now apparently new policies have taken place and they call me 30 minutes before an appointment that it has to be rescheduled or cancelled unless I complete the information and give them a credit card. Never answer the phone or return phone calls. The prescribing psychiatrist on staff Dr Prater literally has no idea what he’s talking about and he verbatim told me “well seems like you no longer need my services” JUST CAUSE I REFUSED TO TAKE ANYMORE MEDICATION THAN I ALREADY WAS!!!!! I miss the old psychiatrist I had with this place, we had a set plan for me that was WORKING!!! This place doesn’t care if you get your meds on time or not. Gone downhill fast.
