I usually love eating here, but the service was lacking this time, late drinks ,had to ask to get salad, every food order was wrong, and was overcharged but was to frustrated to bother with it. Not sure if the server was new, they definitely need retraining. Hopefully this does not become normal as it used to be great.
I am a frequent customer and, until today, this was my favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, I just experienced the worst service I have ever received here. As someone with serious seafood and mushroom allergies, I was very clear about my dietary restrictions when placing my order. Despite that, the waitress, a young woman with pink hair, repeatedly got my order wrong. Always amazing. Food is good. Staff is great!
Excellent Sushi! The Hibachi shows looked fun, but it did make the environment very loud and difficult to talk.
