Worst apartment i EVER lived in . The apartments always stunk , roaches crawling in hallways . Management always tries to charge for EVERYTHING even the littlest maintenance requests . I had mold & urine in my carpet when i moved in i thought shampooing would make it better & it only made it worse & when they replaced the floor they charged me 1700$ saying my kids were peeing on floor like animals even though they are potty trained & i smelled it when i first moved in. Honestly the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. It has ALOT of roaches,rats,bedbugs,etc. do not move here it’s not worth it.
There is a huge problem with roaches. I have been there to visit and noticed this in the building
Granted, The lease hasn't started yet. But during the application process, Michelle has been amazing throughout everything! From letting my girlfriend and I view the apartment not once, but TWICE! Just to make sure we wanted the unit (which we do). Michelle is super flexible with everything (and a very busy person). We we're looking at another property owned by CMB, Michelle recommended we come to Mandolin, and I am already super glad we signed our lease! Can't wait to make Mandolin our home :)
Property was purchased by CMB Management March 1 2019. We have remodeled many units, updated laundry to digital (card or app: not coins), started using online software in 2021 for all tenant-agent communications, we are now excepting online payments, we have filled in parking lot holes & cracks, resealed parking lot and repainted parking lines, put up all new security cameras, we had new shingles put on in 2022, we are continuing to update lighting to LED, and we have new siding, gutters, sofit and facia coming in May 2023. ... read more
