We weren't even their customers! Two of your guys were at our building fixing an HVAC, and they saw that we needed help getting this chair up covered stairs and through really tight spaces. We didn't know your guys were expert moving men as well! If this is how you treat random people, I can't wait to see how you'll treat us as customers! Can't wait to use your services!!!
I was concerned when they showed up to do a complete install of the air handler and outdoor AC unit at our apartment at 3pm. All I can say is the gentlemen that showed up worked both quickly and professionally. Not only did they do great work, they were patient with our kids. I highly recommend them.
I had to go through this company because they are the contractor that my Home Warranty used. They had 2 business days to get the report to my warranty company about my HVAC unit. They were at my house at 9:30am Friday morning. I spoke with them on Friday afternoon, Monday afternoon, Tues afternoon, and Wednesday morning.
