Rene in the maintenance department is awesome at his job
Rene is amazing he helped me so fast and he was so sweet. My air conditioner stopped working and I put in a matinance request for it and the temperature was climbing. I saw Rene outside and asked him to come look at it. He came in and immediately went to fixing my air conditioning. Thank you so much Rene!
Junk fees, like a $75/month unreliable internet service, and $30/month valet trash that is also unreliable. Visitor parking is a joke, but the gates are always wide open. You are required to register any vehicles with a 3rd party vendor, or risk being towed. Be prepared for high electric bills, due to poorly-maintained HVAC. Hang nothing on the walls, don't walk on the carpets, or use the kitchen appliances. They consider nothing to be normal wear and tear, not even after 5 years.
