Our rent quote was $1600 and was told it would be the same for a few days while I submitted an application... the day after when applying it was raised $25, and they just straight up lied to me about holding the quote till 4 days later. Our income was over 6x the monthly rent... but they claim I couldn't be accepted unless I gave them an additional $800 deposit ontop of the $400 security deposit. And after 7 straight times where I call the front office and no one answers or ever returns a call I concluded I wouldn't pay $100... read more
