We didn't have any hot water and on call agent Rene came and saved the day! He was so kind and helpful. He didn't leave until the job was done!

My husband and myself we truly loved our time at Harlowe Apartment. It felt like home, and the staff and overall atmosphere were wonderful. I had to relocate only because of the longer commute to work. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
