If I could give zero stars, I would. Parking is an absolute nightmare - you basically can never have any guests over and even if you can find parking, beware because their car may be towed unexpectedly. New Management is completely incompetent and is running this place into the ground. All entrance gates are broken and never fixed, maintenance will take forever to fix anything, the complex REEKS of garbage and marijuana, and any issue you bring to their new Management Team they will just blame on the previous management comp... read more
This place is a scam. The weird off-brand internet never works, the noise sounds like you live with your neighbors, and no matter how many complaints you send nothing gets resolved. Why do you have to use a treadmill at 10pm when there’s literally a gym provided for FREE? I wish I could give negative stars but we will be moving out the second our lease is up. If you enjoy living alone with no visitors then this is the spot for you! The people who run this apartment are scam artists. They will forget to mention to you before signing your lease that you are only allowed to have 3 guests visit you per week, whether they’re staying over or just stopping by to say hi. AND whoever is going to visit needs to register their vehicle, even if they are just stopping in for 10 minutes. My Friend Saugat lives there, i have been in the apartment multiple times, its really clean and managed. After my lease gets over, I am planning to move there
