Nancy was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The phone receptionist is always very kind & helpful. BUT They sold me a car they knew had a sunroof clogged issue. Now my car gets flooded frequently & I’m experiencing mold. They offered to unclog it but not fix the issue entirely or the mold issue. AC also does not work & is having major electrical problems. BEWARE buying a car from them. Take the car & get a full diagnostic done before purchasing any vehicle.
