Stumbled across this place yesterday (Thursday) and went in and asked if they had any openings for the following day (Friday). They said yes and gave them a time i was available being busy planning my babyshower for the following day (Saturday). I was so grateful that they could take me at last minute for a retwist. Came on Tues and open sign was on but door locked with lights on..called the phone and disconnected or something...waited 20 min ...after reading these reviews I will not return
