My husband, my dad and I have gone to Mandi Brown for years. She's very good and cares very much for her patients.
Some of the most rudest receptionists and nurses.I've ever encountered the Doctor Mandy.She's great, but the nurses and the people that work in the office and answer their phones are so rude and Unhelpful!!! One nurse will tell you 1 thing and then another will tell you something else.So a bunch of lies just go around their office.They don't have it together
It's tricky getting a hold of their front desk. Every time I needed an appointment it required half a dozen calls throughout the day to get someone to pick up. Almost every appointment came with a 45 min wait. Mandi is a good PA (I've certainly had worse), but she failed to address a couple of issues that have been ongoing with me for more than a year now. This was my first visit with Ms. Brown. The office staff was friendly and I was seen in a timely manner. Everyone was personable and attentive to what I had to say. I highly recommend her.
